Understanding toddlers’ worlds is the third part of the toddler focused short course bundle, Understanding toddlers,.
This short course includes the lessons:

- A world of exploration
- A world in a foreign language
- A world lacking cognitive construction
- A world centred around adults
The Understanding toddlers’ worlds short course covers the sensory nature of toddlers’ experience of the world, and how they use their senses to explore and learn about their world, but without the higher brain functions from the neocortex that adults use to interpret their sensory experiences. We also consider that, to toddler, much of what goes on in their lives is conducted in language that is far beyond their understanding, and is centred around the needs and priorities of adults.
