How do
we help?
So many parents are concerned to ensure that their child ends up with balanced eating habits and a positive relationship with food. For many this is a hugely emotive topic often raising fears about their child’s long-term health, and feelings of shame or inadequacy around their own eating habits.
Our workshop offers parents a change to explore this area of toddler life in a safe space, and look at the science of toddler eating, and how to support them to eat in an intuitive and balanced way. We cover tricky situations and concerns such as picky eating, not eating enough, neophobia (fear of new foods) and much more.
This workshop helps parents to find ways to calmly support their toddler to learn through and about eating and to restore calm to eating and mealtimes with toddlers with individual solutions.
We use real science, not opinion or old-fashioned advice.
We offer frameworks that give you the power to create a family life that works for you. No judgement.
We offer practical tools for managing feeding and eating calmly for short- and long-term balance.
